For government and councils, cultural institutions and organisations, local communities and private developers, we advise and develop strategic masterplans to initiate and move ideas forward into projects.

Co-Creation -> Our philosophy is that what we do in the public realm only has meaning if it is co-created with the people, it will directly affect. We believe that outcomes should actively empower and engage the local community, enable it to thrive, and nurture its sense of shared identity and place.

Approach -> Our approach is rooted in a carefully crafted process methodology where we work in close collaboration with our clients and their users and/or stakeholders. We do this to ensure unique schemes derive which have a strong community ownership.

Collaborate –> We will collaborate closely with you and your team, to understand the content and ambition of your project. We will meet regularly to ensure the design is aligned with the outset and to coordinate with consultants and relevant key stakeholders. Together we will develop and built your project.

Engagement –> We will establish and run engagement processes suitable for your project and place. We have conducted workshops with client teams, community engagement sessions as well as workshops for young people.
